We do not sell your personal data or use it for unsolicited third-party marketing purposes.

4. Recipients of the data

Your data may be made available to the following recipients, within the scope of their duties:

• Authorised staff of e_lec SA
• Host: Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland), for hosting the WordPress site
• Technical service provider: Noxup Sàrl (development, maintenance and processing of forms via the Noxweb platform / app.noxweb.ch) may access the data in the course of its work. Please see the Noxup’s privacy policy.
• Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited: Tag Manager, Analytics, reCAPTCHA, Maps, Fonts
• Fonticons / Font Awesome: icon set
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp): if you use the WhatsApp channel
• Microsoft: business email (Outlook / Microsoft 365)

These recipients act solely within the scope of their services and in accordance with appropriate contractual obligations where required.

5. Shelf life

• Server logs: maximum 12 months
• Google Analytics 4: 14 months (standard configuration)
• Contact form: up to 24 months after the last commercial contact, after which the data will be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it (invoicing, warranty, etc.)
• Email and WhatsApp correspondence: retained for up to 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted, unless required by law or necessary under a contract
• Cookies: depending on their specific duration (session-based or a duration set by the provider, up to 24 months for analytics cookies); you can delete them at any time via your browser

In accordance with the nLPD (Switzerland) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the following rights, amongst others:

• Right of access to your data
• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure
• Right to object to processing
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to data portability (where applicable)
• Right to withdraw your consent at any time (with no retroactive effect)

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies.

Essential cookies
Essential for the website to function (e.g. session, security). These include, in particular, the language preference cookie set by TranslatePress (e.g. trp-form-language). They do not require consent.

Cookies / tracking pixels
Via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4: audience measurement and visitor statistics. Typical cookies: _ga, _ga_*. Usually stored for up to 24 months, depending on the configuration. Legal basis: consent.

Cookie / reCAPTCHA storage
E.g. _grecaptcha: anti-spam protection for the form. Duration linked to the session or set by Google.

Google Maps / Fonts / Font Awesome
They may set cookies or trigger requests to the providers’ servers when the relevant components are loaded.

You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may limit some features (such as audience measurement and map display, etc.).

For Google Analytics 4, you can also opt out of tracking via the website’s consent banner (if available) or by configuring your browser to block third-party cookies.

8. Trans09ferts abroad

The website is hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak).

Certain third-party services (including Google, Font Awesome, WhatsApp and Microsoft) may involve the transfer of data to countries outside Switzerland / the EEA, in particular the United States.

These transfers are governed, as appropriate, by:

• adequacy decisions (e.g. the EU–US and Switzerland–US frameworks, where applicable), and/or
• standard contractual clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms that comply with the nLPD and the GDPR.

9. Safety

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, including:

• Communications encryption (HTTPS / TLS)
• Access controls and authentication for administrative areas
• Regular backups
• Anti-spam protection for forms (reCAPTCHA)
• Restricting access to data to authorised staff and service providers

10. Data breaches

In the event of a security incident that may affect your personal data, we will assess the impact and, where required by law, notify the individuals concerned and the relevant authority (PFPDT) within the prescribed time limits.

11. Amendments

We may amend this policy at any time. The version published on elec.ch is binding. In the event of any substantial changes, we will notify you by appropriate means.
