We're looking for an experienced electrical fitter to join our dynamic team in a successful family business. The ideal candidate will hold a CFC (Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence) as an electrical fitter, preferably with a federal certificate as a safety advisor or project manager.

Main responsibilities

Supervising and coordinating electrical projects, including planning, budgeting and managing teams in the field.

Providing technical advice and recommendations on electrical safety to customers and team members.

Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards throughout projects.

Qualifications required

CFC as an electrical fitter with a federal certificate as a safety adviser or project manager (preferred).

At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.

Fluency in French and German (bilingual preferred).

Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
